This digital collection contains a selection of materials from the UCF Libraries Special Collections. The Special Collections include manuscripts, books, art, and exhibits.
- The University of Central Florida Special Collections Manuscript collections contain unique and original personal papers and organizational papers that document local history, Florida history, travel and tourism, and many other topics. For information on the University of Central Florida or associated groups and organizations, please visit the University Archives.
- Monographs and serials in Special Collections are catalogued, and can be searched using the Library's Online Catalog. Items in the collections include outstanding or unusual books on topics relevant to the history of Florida, tourism, the islands of the West Indies and book arts.
- The UCF Libraries' Art Collections are closed collections. Slides of the pieces are available for use by students and researchers in the Special Collections Reading Room, which is located on the 5th floor of the John C. Hitt Library, Room 501. The collections have also been featured in Exhibits.
